Paul Alphonse Marsac was a French marine and landscape painter.
He was born on 22 July 1865 in Paris, France, and died on 4 February 1926 in Marseille.
Paul Alphonse Marsac was the son of Pierre Marsac, a professor, and Marie Anne Besnard, a seamstress.
From 1888 to 1890, he was a designer in the geographic service of the armies.
He received a medal at the Salon des Artistes Francois in 1895 when he became an official marine painter.
In 1903 he married Marie Seraphine Balme.
In 1906 he was Secretary General of the Colonial Exhibition in Marseille.
