Anita Humblet, Belgian artist, 20th century, listed at Arto, Piron, born 1914 in Liège, Belgium. She was part of the Belgian art scene and studied at the renowned Liège Academy (Académie de Liège), one of the leading art academies in Belgium. She specialized in Impressionism and is known for her vivid floral still lifes, landscapes and figurative paintings. She deserves recognition for her artful treatment of light and color. Many of her works ended up in private collections.

Very fine impressionist oilpainting of the Belgian artist Anita Humblet, lilac bouquet, signed on the front downright, oil on painting board, framed. Painting carefully cleaned and newly varnished by a restorer, original frame professionally restored.
