Rudolf Voigt is a painter, draftsman and illustrator from Leipzig, who studied art under Prof. Elisabeth Voigt and Prof. Max Schwimmer. The gallery Fine Art in Leipzig dedicated him an exhibition in spring 2012, to achieve a larger publicity for the extraordinary and numerous works of Voigt. In the course of this exhibition the gallery describes Voigt as an inquisitive artist with a huge spectrum of techniques an subjects. His paintings show realistic traits as well as attributes of New Objectivity and Surrealism.
