Shipping costs overview
Shipment costs are inclusive transport insurance. The weight for calculation of the shipping costs will be indicated when the order is placed.
For delivery to a country outside the European Community: The buyer has to pay possible additional taxes or customs-duties directly to the relevant authorities.
Delivery – within Germany
Shipping costs for packages within Germany are cost-free!
Express shipment – inside Germany:
Packages up to 10 kg = 23.50 Euro
Packages up to 20 kg (dimensions max. 120x60x60cm) = 27.50 Euro

For standard packages we only charge the shipping costs of the parcel service. Shipping is FREE for many products within Europe from an order value over 1000.00 Euro.
Prices for international delivery depend on the assignment to the individual zones.

International shipping costs for bulky goods
Generally be bulky freight rates are determined on request (contrary to prices, that might be displayed in the shop).
Delivery times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods in the domestic market (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for foreign deliveries within 5 - 7 days after the conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered. In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by e-mail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case, no shipping costs will be charged.
