The work 'Les Délices de la Grand' Bretagne, & de l'Irelande' has continuing its value because of the fine copperplate engravings and the detailed informations it gives about the inhabitants, their customs, speech and religion.
The antology was printed by the Dutch mapmaker and publisher Pieter van der Aa, who specialized on topography, travel and natural history and is best known of his maps and atlases.

The print shows on the right-top of the page the imprinting Pag. 935 a. The nice looking title cartouche also shows an emblem.

The print is in very good condition. Very good paper quality, just slightly toning and staining, three foldings in the paper. Very good print quality. There is a watermark in the paper.
