Neo-Rococo pendulum with richly decorated movement and white enamel dial. Made of bronze, gilt and signed Cherreau Fils. Montoire, 2nd half of the 19th century.

DESCRIPTION:
Opulent Neo-Rococo pendulum, bronze, gilt, 2nd half of the 19th century. White enamel dial with Roman and Arabic numerals in black and gold hands. Waisted cast bronze case on volute feet, richly decorated with shells, acanthus and volutes, additionally decorated with a rich crown. Signed Cherreau Fils on the dial. Montoire. Eight-day going train, pendulum with pendulum spring, half-hour and hour-lock disc striking mechanism on bell. The hour strikes every half hour on a bell, the corresponding key goes with the clock. Hour and minute hands, gilt bronze.
